Vernice was very open in sharing her hair cutting knowledge and gave me very insightful advice on tackling hair cut issues that i have been having throughout my teenage years. She was very careful and passionate in her craft even though the cut was only $10. Genuinely think she deserves a raise and all the praises about her by the other guests are definitely valid.

She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, and understand what I wanted. What stood out most was her attention to detail, not just during the cut, but even after. After finishing, she took extra time to thoroughly clean and “vacuum” any loose hair, making sure I left feeling completely comfortable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. The whole service was quick, efficient, and completely no-frills, yet done with professionalism. They also thoughtfully provide a small pack of wet tissues, which is perfect for wiping off any remaining hair or freshening up before leaving and such a simple touch, but it really enhances the overall experience.
